Flickr Problems update
Well, after many emails back and forth with Flickr Developer Support, it looks like I will have to drastically modify my Flickr Jigsaw Puzzlemaker. I still didn't get a good reason why my site was any different than other Flickr apps which had the exact same search and image selection functionalities. It may have been the fact I was running Google Adsense, but again, I found other sites doing that as well.
So, I was issued a commerical Flickr key, but I had to promise to convert my application to use the authentication api. This means that only Flickr members can use the application and they can only use it with their own images. I'll start work on that as soon as I catch up on some other stuff.
I still love Flickr and for those amazing images that would make a great jigsaw puzzle, I'm asking the author for permission to use on flashpuzzlezone.com.

nmschris: I'm hoping to reach you to find out how you got through to Flickr, because I'm locked out.
When I try to sign in through Flickr, which I had an account with maybe a year ago, the sign-in page tells me to to through Yahoo. When I try to sign in through Yahoo, it tells me to sign in through Flickr because I already have a an account there. Flickr has no phone number and doesn't answer my emails.
Did you manage to reach an actual human being? If so, how do you recommend doing so? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

I use my yahoo account to login and corresponded with them via email. Sounds like a strange problem. If you can't get any help, just create a new yahoo account and use that to login.
